Cara Cherry-Lisco
Cara practiced for four years at Koob & Magoolaghan, where she litigated federal civil rights cases. She interned at the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division and the American Civil Liberties Union, Women's Rights Project, and Paul, Weiss Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison in New York. Cara earned her juris doctorate with distinction from Stanford University and her BA Magna Cum Laude from Harvard University. Shee is presently Vice President of Dispute Resolution Services at Square.com. Cara has been invited to speak on SquareTrade's experience to advise: the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) the World Intellectual Property Rights Org. (WIPO); The Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern Univ. Conference on Electronic Exchange; Direct Sellers Education Foundation International Consumer Conference; Direct Selling Association Annual Conference; and the National Association of Consumer Agency Administrators Annual Conference.
Keith Donoghue

Keith M. Donoghue graduated magna cum laude from the New York University School of Law in 2002 and has been admitted to practice in the State of New York and before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Prior to joining KOOB & MAGOOLAGHAN in 2005, Mr. Donoghue was a legal fellow at the American Civil Liberties Union, in its national Drug Law Reform Project, and an associate at the firm of Rabinowitz, Boudin, Standard, Krinsky & Lieberman, P.C., where he joined in the litigation of First Amendment and international law issues. In 2002-2003, he clerked for the Honorable Rosemary Barkett of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Mr. Donoghue received a bachelor’’s degree in an interdisciplinary social sciences program at Wesleyan University in 1995 and a master’’s degree in politics, with a specialty in political theory, at Princeton University in 2000. He is the author of Casualties of War: Criminal Drug Law Enforcement and Its Special Costs for the Poor, published in the New York University Law Review in 2002.
Katherine Rosenfeld

Katherine Rosenfeld graduated from Yale Law School in 2001 and is admitted to practice in New York State, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, with admissions pending for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Following law school and prior to joining KOOB & MAGOOLAGHAN as an associate in November 2002, Ms. Rosenfeld clerked for the Honorable Dean Pregerson, United States District Judge for the Central District of California. Ms. Rosenfeld received her bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Chicago in 1996. Ms. Rosenfeld interned at KOOB & MAGOOLAGHAN in the Summer, 2000.
